Simply wipe with a damp sponge and then wipe with a dry cloth

Can i install into a colorbond fence?

Yes! You sure can, however a frame must be fabricated to secure the letterbox accordingly, your colorbond installer should have the skills to do this. This may also apply for blade or slat fences.
